Went to Suds & Shine this morning to get my car cleaned and they did a terrific job! Omg! If you ever in the capital region and need your car cleaned whether you need a full detail or express detail these are the ppl to go to!

I was so impressed with this car wash! Since I had come to this area, I had tried an automated franchise car wash, which still left my car looking dirty. I happened to be driving by and decided to try this place. I was not expecting much, but I was thoroughly impressed. The level of service was incredible and their attention to detail was immaculate. I had no idea my car could get so clean. It was in pretty bad shape when I arrived and afterward my car looked brand new, like it had just come off the showroom floor. The difference between this and other car washes in the area is night and day. It is really amazing when you consider the reasonable prices for so much work they put into their service. I would absolutely recommend.

This business could do so well if it was run better. You show up during business hours and it’s randomly closed, no one ever answers the phone, there’s no possibility to make an appointment for interior cleaning online though I was told you could. It’s a shame because they do a decent job and no one else offers interior cleaning at such an affordable price. Very frustrating when you plan your whole day to make time to clean your car and you can’t reach anyone or get in when it should be open.

They did a decent job cleaning my car though I would not come here expecting them to follow through on the times they advertise. I bought a car wash they had described as taking 15 minutes, so I expected 30-45 minutes tops given that there were a few people ahead of me. That being said, I did make an appointment in advance. All in all it ended up taking an hour and a half – I was hoping to save some time but I could have done it myself much faster and will just do that in the future. The employee who met me at the beginning wasn’t very personable – he seemed impatient from the moment I started talking with him.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE - Suds & Shine Carwash Fails to Deliver! If you value your vehicle, steer clear of Suds & Shine Carwash. My recent experience with this establishment was not just disappointing, it was a blatant case of false advertising and shockingly poor service. My wife brought her brand new Mercedes Benz to Suds & Shine, trusting their advertised promise of a hand wax service. Instead of the meticulous care expected, her luxury vehicle was unceremoniously run through an automated machine. This alone is a deceptive practice, but the nightmare didn't end there. Upon its exit, the car was in worse condition than when it arrived. The windows were left streaky and dirty, a clear indication of a rushed and careless job. The supposed "shine" was non-existent, and the promised hand wax was clearly never performed. It's infuriating to pay for a premium service and receive such substandard treatment. For a new car, especially a Mercedes Benz, to be handled with such disregard is unacceptable. They lure you in with claims they don't uphold. Save your money and protect your vehicle. Suds & Shine Carwash demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their c
